One of the core practices of our community is Learning and so we try to find different ways to work this out.
On 2nd & 3rd May 2025 we hosted our annual pilgrimage, picking up sections of the recently created Athelstan Pilgrim Way in Wiltshire. Over two days we began with morning prayer, paused for midday prayer and held an early evening prayer, before enjoying a meal together in Cheltenham.
As we travelled we shared faith and life, as we walked and talked together. The two days were approximately 12 and 9 miles each.

Day 1 - Friday 2 May
9am Morning Prayer @ Malmesbury Abbey
10.00am Section 1 - Approx 6 miles
12.00pm Lunch & Midday Prayer - Foxley Parish Church
1.00pm Section 2 - Approx 3 miles
2.15pm Mid-Afternoon Pause - Corston
2.40pm Section 3 - Approx 3 miles
4.45pm Evening Prayer - Malmesbury Abbey
5,15pm Finish.
7.30pm Shared meal together in Cheltenham
Day 2 - Saturday 3 May
9am Morning Prayer @ All Saint's, Oaksey
10.00am Section 1 - Approx 4.5 miles
12.30pm Lunch & Midday Prayer - Holy Cross, Hankerton
1.45pm Section 2 - Approx 4.5 miles
3.30pm Early Evening Prayer - All Saint's, Oaksey
4,00pm Finish.
6.30pm Shared meal together in Cheltenham
